Changes to the date, duration or products in your booking must be requested at least 48 hours or more prior to the start time of the first day for which the product is booked.
- All changes will attract an administration fee of $20 per booking
- Any changes to bookings that result in money being payable back to you will be issued in the form of a Snow Credit. No cash refunds will be issued
- All multi-day products are considered a single product, and change requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the start time of the first day for which the product is booked
- Changes to products will be based on the applicable price at the time of the change and not the rate at the date of the original booking. Any advance purchase rates obtained through the original purchase will no longer apply.
Please note that no changes to a booking can be made within 48 hours of the start time of the first day for which a product is booked. If your circumstances change during this period and you cannot make use of your product/s, the full cost of the product will be forfeited.
