When and where can I pick up my rentals?
When purchasing your rentals you will be required to select a pick up location before completing your purchase.
For one and two-day rentals, equipment can be collected from 3pm the day before your booking starts.
For three or more-day rentals, equipment can be collected from 2pm the day before your booking starts to take full advantage of the free PM access included with your lift ticket!

Early rental returns
You can return your rental equipment early to any of our rental outlets, regardless of which outlet it was collected from. Explore our rental outlet locations here.
Please note that there are no refunds for early rental returns.
What happens if I become ill or am injured?
If you need to return your equipment early due to an injury or illness and are able to provide a medical certificate, we will issue a Snow Credit. This is a multi-use voucher consistent with the unused portion of your rental and is valid through the reminder of the current Australian winter season through to the closing date of the following Australian winter season.
