We offer guests who hold a current full Disabled Wintersports Australia (DWA) membership or Companion Card a 50% discount on full day Lift Tickets.
Please follow these steps to purchase your discounted lift tickets online:
- Contact us with a copy of your current DWA membership card or companion card
- We will confirm once discount has been linked to your account via the email address provided
- Sign in to the online shop, and purchase your discounted tickets. The discount will be applied once you have added lift tickets to your cart and assigned these lift tickets to your name.
What options are available for a guide or companion?
Lift Ticket holders that require the assistance of a companion or guide to support them on the snow can purchase one Guide/Companion lift ticket per day with 50% discount off full day lift tickets.
Guide/Companion lift tickets can be purchased in advance by contacting the Falls Creek team when products become available for purchase in the lead up to the Australian winter season, or over the counter in resort on presentation of your current Companion Card or DWA membership card where a carer is noted or endorsed on the card.
